Early this morniing, the temperature is around 50 degrees. It is supposed to be in the mid 70s today. |
Yesterday we left for Myrtle Beach right around 7 am as we had planned. We were very thankful and blessed to have arrived safely. |
Driving into the fog in the moutains near Asheville, NC. This area is so beautiful! |
The view from our balcony last evening. It was warm enough to be comfortable sitting on the balcony. |
The sunrise this morning, this photo was not retouched, I felt it came out perfectly as it was. |
Thank you all for stopping by, I will "see" you all tomorrow!

It is 9:00 AM, and "The Beast" is hungry. The Beast also wants to feel sand between his toes soon. The Beast also wants to explore the area. Let's get rockin'! Chop Chop!!!
Cindy, you must know how to bring out the beast in a man! (LOL) Thank you for these wonderful postcards from the edge... of paradise. I'm glad you arrived safely and enjoyed the drive through the mountains. Your trip was much more scenic than the one I had coming down from Pennsylvania. What a view from your balcony! I wish I was there! I'm surprised by the chilly temperature. I used to vacation in MB during mid September and it usually stayed warm even in the overnight hours. Stay safe, enjoy seafood dinners out on 17 or down in Murrell's Inlet, say hello to the gang at The Bowery for me, and above all have a wonderful time, dear friend!
Oh wow....what a beautiful place to stay. A vacation you deserve after the last stressing month.
Greatings to the Beast and enjoy your day.
Take care and happy vacation
I LOVE the pic with the fog up ahead. You all are going to have a wonderful time, for sure. Enjoy it for all of us!
Enjoy yourselves.............:)
So glad you guys are having a beautiful time! Hope it continues to be blessed.
Beautiful : ) Now I wanna go see it for myself! Thanks for sharing these.
Hello Cindy,
Your sunrise picture is awesome. I love the orange sky and the colour is amazingly smooth and even except it tells us the sun is rising. And the shadows of the gazebo and palms just make picture perfect.
You are in beautiful territory.
